CRUFTS 2014

10th of March, 2014 – A brilliant and successful day for the Westie ReHoming Team Stand

The Westie rehoming stand had a very busy time at Crufts. It was lovely meeting all the people that came up to enquire about rehoming a Westie, about Breed Rescue in general and to meet our beautiful westies, Frosty, Polly, Max and Amy. HRH Prince Michael of Kent was in attendance, and there was generally a lovely atmosphere, doing what we enjoy doing most, talking about our favourite breed.

We were able to touch base with people such as Debbie Matthews from Vets Get Scanning and Henrietta Morrison from Lily’s Kitchen who wrote ‘Dinner for Dogs’, the new cookery book for dogs. When time allowed there were many bargains to be had on the trade stands, and we were able to spoil our dogs rotten (and why not?). A very positive, productive and highly enjoyable time was had by our charity at Crufts, and we look forward to our next Kennel Club event. Thank you to all those who took the time to visit our stand and say “hello”.
