Mary and Chris will have the Westie ReHoming stand at SHRIVENHAM VILLAGE FETE on August 29th They will have lots on offer on the stand, plus there will be plenty of entertainment for all the family. Highworth Silver Band, Children’s Races, Tug of War
Children’s Fancy Dress Parade, Flyin’ Ryan Motorcycle Display Team, Over 80 stalls,
Punch & Judy, Hyperbolics, Generations of Sound, and lots more!

Shrivenham Village Fete is a traditional village event held every year on the August Bank Holiday Saturday.The fete is listed in Waitrose Magazine’s Top 10 Fetes in the country!

Visit the WRH stand at Shrivenham Memorial Hall and Recreation Ground, SN6 8BL Mary & Chris will love to see you there.

On Sunday August 30th Mary & Chris move on with the stand to ALDBOURNE DOGGY DAY at Woodley Meadow, West Street, Aldbourne, Wiltshire, SN8 2BL As part of the village 100th Carnival celebrations, the village is organising an Aldbourne Doggy Day. There will be a fun dog show, various stalls, doggy races and games, raffle, bar, music, demonstrations and more. Registration from 10.30. Classes start 11.30
Come along and support us at the show, with lots of things to tempt you. Our ladies like nothing more than a good natter about our lovely breed and will answer any questions you may have.

Pauline will have her stand in aid of WRH at the 155th HAZLEMERE FETE in Buckinghamshire on Bank Holiday Monday August 31st. Venue access via – Hazlemere Community Centre, Rose Avenue, Hazlemere, HP15 7UB. Theme and exhibition: Commemorating the 70th anniversary of the end of World War 2. The fete will be opened by none other than the Great British Bake Off Queen MARY BERRY
Visitors will be able to enjoy attractions such as walk the alpacas and an RAF fly past at around 2.15pm featuring a Dakota in D Day livery.There will be children’s entertainment, go karts, military vehicles, a judo display, fun dog show, a dog agility and dog rally show and an exhibition to commemorate the end of the Second World War, amongst many other attractions. Also a children’s art exhibition featuring winners drawn from local schools that took part. Cadets from local Army, navy and Air Force units will take part in the opening commemorative ceremony. A classic car show will be taking place at the fete.
